To use BillBitt, you must create an account with accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and transaction PIN.

4. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits are determined by your KYC verification level. Higher verification levels unlock higher transaction and balance limits.

5. Fees

Fees for services are displayed before you confirm any transaction. BillBitt reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice to users.

6. Security

You must keep your login credentials and transaction PIN secure. BillBitt is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BillBitt for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities. Accounts involved in suspicious activities will be suspended.

8. Limitation of Liability

BillBitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

BillBitt may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
